It is important that our customers buy the right things at a right price and are satisfied with the performance so that they will come back again. As the Operations Manager of FuBong, I have the responsibility of ensuring that the production method, quality control and logistics are correctly and adequately implemented so that each product we manufacture performs to, if not exceeding, the required standards when it arrives at the customer’s hands.
